Bakers CluB is the bakery brand of Rohit Bakery, the Hiranandani family's business in Barmer, Rajasthan. It started in 2006 with pav, khari and toast. Today a team of 20 to 30 people bakes in our own production plant, serves customers at two outlets in Barmer and ships long shelf-life products across India. We still judge every cake, biscuit and loaf by one question: is the quality good enough for our own family?
How It Started: A Better Bakery for Barmer
Our story begins with Shri Laxmandas Hiranandani, the founder of our family bakery. From 1998 he ran his business from Pali, and his work brought him to Barmer again and again.
On those visits he kept noticing the same thing. The bakery items sold in the Barmer market were low in quality. People bought them because there was nothing better on the shelf.
He saw an opportunity in that gap. If someone baked properly, with good ingredients and honest methods, Barmer would notice. That simple idea is still the foundation of everything we bake.
2006: Pav, Khari and Toast
A small bakery with a big standard
In 2006, Laxmandas ji and his son, Shri Bhagwan Das Hiranandani, opened a small bakery in Barmer. They did not start with fancy cakes. They started with the everyday items every home in Barmer buys: pav, khari and toast.
Getting these basics right built trust. A family that liked our pav came back for khari, and then asked what else we could make. Slowly, the demand grew, and so did our menu.
The ₹5 Pastry: Our Hardest Early Lesson
Our biggest challenge in the early years was not baking. It was explaining quality.
In those days, a pastry in Barmer sold for ₹1. We started ours at ₹5. To many customers, that looked like a strange price for something they could buy for a rupee down the road.
We did not cut corners to match the price. We let people taste the difference instead. One customer at a time, Barmer came to value what a good bakery product tastes like. That lesson still shapes how we price and bake today.

A business in Pali
Shri Laxmandas Hiranandani runs his business from Pali and travels to Barmer often. On those trips he notices how poor the bakery items in the Barmer market are.
- 2006
The first bakery in Barmer
He starts a small bakery with his son, Shri Bhagwan Das Hiranandani. The first products are simple: pav, khari and toast.
- 2011
A bigger plant and our first outlet
Demand keeps growing, so the family opens a larger production plant in the RIICO Industrial Area and its first retail outlet in Baldev Nagar.
- 2021
Bakers CluB is born
In October, a second outlet opens opposite Manak Hospital in Kalyanpura. This is where the Bakers CluB brand begins.

Your cake is baked and decorated at our own production plant in the RIICO Industrial Area, not in the back of a shop.

Every product we make is pure vegetarian. We do not use egg in anything we bake, and we do not add it even when a customer asks. Every family can order from us with complete confidence.

The Hiranandani family still leads the business, now in its third generation. Alongside them, a team of 20 to 30 people works across our production plant and our two outlets to bake, decorate, pack and serve every order.
