Welcome to Bakers CluB, operated by Rohini Bakers. These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders you place through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or placing an order you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Prices, Orders & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include all applicable taxes. Any delivery fee is shown before you place the order.
The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Later price changes do not affect an order we have already accepted.
Orders are subject to availability. If an item runs out, checkout tells you and we will not accept the order for it.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is currently available. We may ask for advance payment on large or custom orders and will tell you before we accept them.
We may cancel an order we cannot fulfil and will refund anything you have paid.

3. Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver within the slot you choose. Times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather or other events outside our control.

Cakes and pastries are baked fresh and delivered only within Barmer, Rajasthan.
For other products and locations, availability and charges are confirmed when you order.
A delivery fee applies below the free-delivery amount shown on the site.
Please make sure someone can receive the order at the address. We are not responsible for perishable items left unattended.

4. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Our products are freshly made and perishable, so they cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, except as follows:

Standard orders: can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
Custom cakes: cannot be cancelled once baking has begun (typically 24 hours before delivery).
Damaged, wrong or unsafe items: contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace the item or refund you.
Refunds of amounts already paid go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Product Information

Each product page shows its ingredients, allergens, veg or non-veg mark, net quantity, shelf life and country of origin (India). Our products are handmade, so slight differences in design, colour and finish from the photos may occur.

6. Allergens

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that also handles nuts, dairy and wheat. We take care to prevent cross-contamination but cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of these allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please talk to us before ordering.

7. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens under your account. Give us accurate delivery details, since we deliver to the address you enter.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes that cannot be settled through our grievance process (we acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days) are subject to the courts at Barmer, Rajasthan, without affecting your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
